MyDevelopment is our Learning and Development brand and centres on creating a culture of learning, empowering colleagues to learn and seek opportunities to develop

How do we do this?

We are committed to onboarding all colleagues in a way that helps them learn their new role and get to know the business. This applies to new starters, those returning to work and those changing roles. Everyone will be supported in a way that helps them thrive in their role.

All colleagues will also have a Development Action Plan in place for both compulsory and optional training. Line managers will review this on a regular basis, discussing all development needs.

Inspire is our management development programme. It focuses on the importance and accountability a manager has in creating the right environment for their teams and enables participants to develop the necessary skills and experience to improve performance and deliver exceptional business results.

Accelerate is our leadership development programme. The programme focuses on the importance of thinking customer, change management, high-impact presentations, coaching, mentoring and resilience. It equips delegates with the skills and confidence to successfully lead by example in line with our business goals.


Everybody’s development journey is different; some want to progress their career whilst others may want to increase their knowledge to become better subject matter experts; some may even see developing themselves as a great way to improve wellbeing.
